During the FAIRMONT BOARD OF REALTORS® Annual Christmas event held on December 9 2016, FBOR's 2017 Board of Directors & Officers were installed by Glenna Swiger, the 2017 West Virginia Association of Realtors President & Broker/Owner of Century 21 At Your Service Real Estate, in Morgantown, WV.
The 2017 FAIRMONT BOARD OF DIRECTORS® and Officers include: 2017 President - Mary Stewart, Homefinders Plus Real Estate; 2018 President Elect - Helen Flanagan-Sullivan, HFS Realty; Vice President - Sue Meluzio, Vantage Point Realty; ; Treasurer - Don Downs, Professional Appraisal, Secretary - Crystal Jacquez, Bass Sinko Jacquez Real Estate, Director - Tracy Evans, HFS Realty, Mike Stivers, Floyd Real Estate and Director - Tim Toothman, Picket Fences Realty.
The Annual Recognition Awards were also presented during the event festivities (pictured above left) and included from left: Rising Star - Jasmine Smithbauer, Vantage Point Realty; Broker of the Year - Sue Meluzio Vantage Point Realty; Realtor of the Year - Dennis G Finamore, Jr. Floyd Real Estate; Heritage Award - Terry Brake, Springston Real Estate. The Affiliate of the Year Award was presented prior to the event to Sierra Pacific Mortgage. Accepting for Sierra Pacific Mortgage (pictured above right) on behalf of Sierra Pacific was their Fairmont Representative and Loan Officer, Jennifer Wilson.
